Talk given by Meg Hammond :-
“Childhood Memories of WWII in England and Scotland”
Meg will relate her story of what it was like being a child moved from her home in Southampton to a safer place in St. Andrews, Scotland; how it affected her school life, the family food rationing….many things we find it difficult to imagine.
Afternoon Tea will be served afterwards
